Our commitment
1410SMS is built to hold the kind of records a school cannot afford to get wrong: which students are enrolled, what they were graded, who has paid their fees, and how to reach a parent in an emergency. We treat that responsibility as core to the product, not an afterthought bolted on for a sales conversation.
Every school's data is isolated from every other school's at the database level, connections to the platform are encrypted, and access to any record is governed by the role of the person asking for it. The pages linked above describe exactly how, in specific, verifiable terms, we have avoided vague marketing claims in favour of describing what the platform actually does today, and being upfront about what's still on the roadmap.

Who owns our school's data?
Your school does. We are the processor of your data, not its owner. We do not sell school, staff, student or parent data, and we do not use it for anything other than operating the platform for you.
Is one school's data ever visible to another school?
No. The platform is multi-tenant, and every tenant-scoped query is filtered by your school's identifier at the database level. No other school, on any plan, can see or reach your records.
Can we get a copy of our data at any time?
Yes. Students, teachers, classes, subjects, grades, attendance, parents and timetables each export to CSV or XLSX from the dashboard directly. For a full account-level export, ask our support team.
Do you support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Not yet for school accounts. Today those are protected by hashed passwords, role-based permissions and short-lived sessions. 2FA is on the roadmap, and the Security page describes both the current state and what is planned.
How do I report a security concern?
Use the "Contact Security Team" button on this page. We take every report seriously and will confirm receipt. We ask that you hold off on public disclosure until we have had a chance to investigate.
